• Riig ships via UPS and USPS, and offers STANDARD (2 - 5 business days), 2-DAY, and NEXT-DAY service options. We also offer free STANDARD shipping on orders over $100.
• We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., U.S. Territories, Minor Outlying Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Boxes.
• Shipments to PO Boxes can only be delivered by USPS and will automatically be changed to STANDARD shipping. Delivery time to PO Boxes is typically 5 - 10 business days.
• Shipments to U.S. territories, Minor Outlying Islands, and APO/FPO addresses will ship with USPS Priority International and will typically arrive within 6-10 business.
• Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders received by 12PM CST will ship same day. Orders received after 12PM CST will ship next business day.
• Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour after being placed. Please send a cancellation request to cc@riigfishing.com. If you miss the cancellation window, go ahead and receive the package and then follow our simple + free returns process.
